Valentina Dellagravis
Valentina is a founding Priestess of Aetas Deae and contributes to the stewardship of its philosophy, standards, and cultural coherence.
Within the Community, her primary responsibility is administrative and organisational. She oversees the day-to-day physical infrastructure and is closely involved in the design and execution of gatherings, retreats, and collective work. Her role is to ensure that vision survives contact with logistics, bodies, time, and pressure.
Drawing on a long career in executive leadership, charitable work, and somatic practice, Valentina specialises in holding complex containers. She works comfortably with intensity: strong personalities, high expectations, fatigue, desire, and the moments when control begins to slip. Her authority is calm, practical, and precise. Structure is clear, boundaries are firm, and decisions are carried through.
She is particularly effective with men accustomed to leading and directing others. In her presence, they are able to relinquish constant self-management and experience guidance without chaos, humiliation, or loss of dignity.
Valentina combines clarity with warmth and does not rely on performance or force. When situations become charged, she steadies the field and keeps the work moving through its intended arc. Women and men are drawn to her because she is at ease in authority and fully capable of delivering what is promised.
Alongside her work within Aetas Deae, Valentina is a writer and advocate for women’s sovereignty. In her private practice she works in a maternal, supportive mode of female leadership, informed by training in somatic therapy, Reiki, medical herbalism, nutrition, and academic study in philosophy and economics.
