Content Collaboration Circle for Feminine Creators

For women who create visual media and wish to collaborate in a feminine led ecosystem. Join us at the House of Aetas Deae for a structured schedule of shoot days, excursions, and unstructured leisure time moving through Como together.

• Purpose: to network, share time with women in similar fields, and generate a volume of quality images and reels to support marketing and branding efforts.  Creation combined with nourishing experiences in a picturesque and unique setting.
• Pre-shoot alignment and mood boards. See examples of prior collaborations on our Instagram.
• Number of people to host: 4-6 max plus facilitators and photographers.
• Output: Planned Group Shots + 10 edited high res images individually per person per day plus 3-5 reels.
• Release form required for all to ensure usability of images over the long-term.
• Full Immersion Price (5 Nights / 6 Days): Euros 2,000. Includes: all meals and snacks (when dining in) + accommodation (single beds, shared 2 per room, shared bathrooms), photography and delivery (AD photographer 3 days plus outside pro 1 day), location/space/equipment rental, Videography (ie reels).
• Overnight Price (Shoot Day + overnight and departure day): Euros 390 / night. Includes: all meals and snacks (when dining in) + accomodation as above, photography and delivery, location/space/equipment rental, Videography (ie reels). Days to be agreed in advance with host. Can combine multiple nights based on capacity.
• Airport pickup and drop off when at designated start and finish to MXP airport…otherwise pickup and drop off at Como Train Station.

THE INVITATION

This is a gathering of women with shared goals, objectives, and challenges.  It is five days of creating in one of the most visually extraordinary places in Europe — making work together, eating together, moving through Como together, and leaving with content that could only have been made here. Aetas Deae has held these gatherings before with consistent results. We help create visually dynamic and striking content by and for women, while holding space for deeper connection, friendship, and mutual support.

WHAT THIS IS

Up to five days and six nights in a private residence on Lake Como: history, stone, silk, gardens, and water with a small circle of women whose brands carry genuine authority in their worlds. This is collaborative by design. Every woman arrives with her own creative vision. Every woman leaves with images and footage that serve her, and something made collectively that can’t be made in isolation.

The container starts before Como.

A video call before arrival lets the circle meet, align on creative vision, discuss outfits, and arrive already knowing each other. Shared WhatsApp chat helps with logistics and ongoing sharing.  By the time you walk through the villa doors, the collaboration has already begun.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

The residence is tended throughout by Valentina: house mother, keeper of the table, and here to ensure you are fed, held, and looked after with style and grace. You don’t need to worry about food, comfort, or logistics.  Accommodation and meals within the villa are included. Dietary needs will be observed.  This leaves you free to recharged and create. Official photography throughout, indoor and location, shot by Mary, an award-winning sister worker with the particular eye of someone who gets what your brand needs to breathe. Videography and moving image content (*available on June 7th-8th only) available with resident filmmaker Bambi, including behind the scenes footage and movement direction. Bambi has experience as a professional videographer, dancer and performer, and filmmaker. We also create time and space for organic and social media catered iPhone content, as well as self-shooting. Edited photographs delivered after the gathering.

Como as backdrop: the lake, Our private villa, stunning natural light, the villages, and a quality that cannot be manufactured elsewhere.

Transfers to and from the airport included at pre-determined scheduled times. Eating out and drinks are your own.

THE CREATIVE FIELD

Women who create powerful work rarely get to create together. There is something that happens in a circle of women who get image, brand, and the particular intelligence of erotic authority.  Collaborative energy in a women-only space leads to a generosity and sharpening, through a quality of seeing each other that makes everyone’s work better.

You are not competing here. You are collaborating. What we make in Como carries this light.

THE CONTRIBUTION

This is not a profit-making venture.  We aim for cost recovery plus a small consideration for the organisers time and use of space. The value is in the circle and what it makes.
